Spiritual Wellness Support
Click here to book your Spiritual Wellness Support session today. As a spiritual wellness coach, I offer an intuitive, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to personal and spiritual growth. My 1:1 coaching sessions are sacred spaces designed to help you awaken to your highest Self, connect deeply with Spirit, and align your life with your soul’s purpose. Whether virtually or in-person at my relaxing office space at Bridge Healing Arts in Farmington, Connecticut, our time together will be devoted to exploring the profound wisdom within you and beyond the veil.
My coaching focuses on facilitating spiritual awakening and empowering you to connect with your "Team of Light"—a divine network of Spirit, guides, angels, and discarnate loved ones who offer guidance and support. As an evidential medium and psychic, I integrate intuitive insights and messages from these realms to illuminate your path and deepen our work together. Through this process, I aim to help you uncover the clarity and courage needed to live in harmony with your most authentic self.
My coaching is also informed by other transformative modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Enneagram personality system, somatic (mind-body) practices, positive psychology, and mindfulness. Together, we will gently explore the parts of you that may feel stuck or in conflict, helping you to bring them into balance and alignment with your higher Self.
Curiosity, compassion, and love guide our partnership as we work to release fear, embrace your inner light, and step into a life of connection, purpose, and spiritual empowerment. You’ll learn to access the innate wisdom of your luminous Self and cultivate a deeper connection with the divine forces that support you, allowing you to create a life that feels meaningful, aligned, and beautifully your own.
Ready to embark on this sacred journey? Let’s awaken the divine within and connect you to the limitless support and love that surrounds you.
*Important Note: Spiritual wellness support, including coaching based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and other therapeutic modalities, is distinct from therapy. While spiritual wellness coaching focuses on achieving spiritual wellness goals, it does not address mental health disorders or deep emotional healing. If clients present with needs that require therapeutic intervention, such as unresolved trauma or mental health issues, they will be referred to a licensed mental health professional for appropriate care.
