Hi there! :) My name is Kristen Naes and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I am the proud (and profoundly grateful) owner of Lumina Wellness Collective, LLC.

When I’m not supporting clients or working outside of Lumina as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), you can often find me listening to the Psychic Teachers podcast as I wash dishes, rereading one of my favorite Barbara Kingsolver novels for the seventh time, or chatting aloud with one of my spirit guides when I think no one is listening. I’m kind of a dork, pretty intense, and definitely not everyone’s cup of tea—and, these days, it doesn’t bother me as much as it used to. Transformational wellness coaching, energy healing, and other spiritual interventions are some of the tools that helped me set myself free from years of constant people-pleasing and shapeshifting to meet everyone else’s needs and desires. With the skillful guidance of awakened, powerful, and intuitive women who had walked this path before me, I learned how to come home to my body, connect to my inner wisdom, and tap into divine support to create a life of freedom and integrity that now brings me deep peace and joy.

I founded Lumina because I want to build sacred community while passing this beautiful gift along. It lights me up to help other women and LGBTQIA+ people come home to their bodies, awaken to their own spiritual guidance, and create lives that align with the truth and beauty of who they already are too. I know firsthand how magical life becomes when you stop dimming your light for other people and reveal the expansive, loving, and luminous being you are here to be.
